Juni 2025 endete das Forschungs-projekt Data2Resilience mit einem feier-lichen Workshop in der Werkhalle des Union Gewerbehofs in Dortmund. Das Projektteam stellte die Ergebnisse von drei Jahren Arbeit vor und diskutierte sie gemeinsam mit Vertreter:innen aus Stadtverwaltung, Politik, Wissenschaft sowie Zivilgesellschaft.<\/p><h3><strong>Was wurde erreicht?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Das Projektteam entwickelte ein stadtweites Klimamessnetz, ein interaktives Dashboard zur \u00dcberwachung von urbaner Hitze in Dortmund und neue Beteiligungsformate. Diese Werkzeuge erm\u00f6glichen es Dortmund k\u00fcnftig, Hitzeereignisse besser zu erkennen, besonders betroffene Quartiere zu identifizieren und zielgerichtete Anpassungsma\u00dfnahmen zu planen.<\/p><h3><strong>H\u00f6hepunkte des Workshops<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><strong>Pr\u00e4sentation der Projektergebnisse<\/strong>: Gezeigt wurden u.\u202fa. mobile Klimamessungen, interaktive Hitzekarten und ein frei zug\u00e4ngliches Dashboard.<\/li><li><strong>Informationsst\u00e4nde<\/strong>: Besucher:innen konnten die entwickelten Werkzeuge direkt kennenlernen und ausprobieren.<\/li><li><strong>Podiumsdiskussion<\/strong>: Vertreter:innen aus Verwaltung, Politik, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft diskutierten, wie die Projektergebnisse langfristig genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Dabei wurden u.\u202fa. die Sicherung des Messnetzes, die Entwicklung gemeinsamer Datenplatt-formen mit anderen St\u00e4dten und st\u00e4rkere Beteiligungsangebote f\u00fcr die Stadtgesellschaft als n\u00e4chste Schritte benannt.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Blick nach vorn<\/strong><\/h3><p>Die Projektergebnisse sollen nun in bestehende Initiativen der Stadt Dortmund integriert werden, etwa in die datenge-st\u00fctzte Stadtplanung und in neue digitale Informationsangebote f\u00fcr B\u00fcrger:innen. Das Projekt hat gezeigt, wie wissenschaftliche Daten, kommunale Expertise und gesellschaftlicher Dialog erfolgreich zusammenwirken k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Prof. Dr. Benjamin Bechtel (Ruhr-Universit\u00e4t Bochum) und Prof. Dr. Christian Albert (Leibniz Universit\u00e4t Hannover) betonten bei der symbolischen \u00dcbergabe an die Stadt:<br \/><em>\u201eData2Resilience hat es uns erm\u00f6glicht, das bestehende Klimamessnetz in Dortmund deutlich zu erweitern und neue digitale Werkzeuge zu entwickeln, mit denen die Stadt Klimarisiken besser erkennen und gezielt darauf reagieren kann.\u201c.<\/em><\/p><p>Einen Beitrag zum Workshop sendete auch der WDR in der Lokalzeit aus Dortmund vom 12. Juni 2025 (<a Mediathek<\/a>).<\/p><p>Mit dem Abschluss von Data2Resilience verf\u00fcgt Dortmund nun \u00fcber eine r\u00e4umlich und zeitlich hochaufgel\u00f6ste Datengrund-lage, um bestehende Ma\u00dfnahmen der Klimavorsorge zu st\u00e4rken und neue Initiativen zu starten \u2013 ein Modell, von dem auch andere St\u00e4dte profitieren November 2024 fand im Umweltamt der Stadt Dortmund der zweite Stakeholder-Workshop des Projekts Data2Resilience (D2R) statt. Ziel war es, den Projektfortschritt nach einem Jahr vorzustellen, R\u00fcckmeldungen zum Prototyp des D2R-Dashboards einzuholen und gemeinsam zu diskutieren, wie die Ergebnisse und Produkte des Projekts k\u00fcnftig in Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Hitzebew\u00e4ltigung in Dortmund integriert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"549\">Inhalte<\/h3><p data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"607\">Der Workshop war in drei thematische Bl\u00f6cke gegliedert:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Projekt-Updates und erste Ergebnisse:<\/strong><br \/>Das Projektteam pr\u00e4sentierte den aktuellen Stand, darunter die Erweiterung des Klimamessnetzes und den Prototyp des Dashboards, das Hitzebelastung in nahezu Echtzeit darstellt.<\/li><li><strong>Beitr\u00e4ge der Stadt und ihrer Partner:<\/strong><br \/>Vertreter:innen aus Umwelt- und Gesundheitsverwaltung, Senioren-b\u00fcros, Smart-City-Programm und dem Schwesterprojekt CATCH4D berichteten \u00fcber laufende Aktivit\u00e4ten zur Hitzeanpassung und stellten aktuelle Entwicklungen vor.<\/li><li><strong>Bewertung und Diskussion:<\/strong><br \/>In interaktiven Sitzungen wurden Anforderungen an das Dashboard gesammelt, um dessen Nutzerfreundlichkeit und Relevanz zu verbessern<\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1521\">Ergebnisse<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Das Dashboard wird als wichtiges Werkzeug f\u00fcr Verwaltung und \u00d6ffentlichkeit gesehen.<\/strong> Es soll sowohl zur Planung kurzfristiger Ma\u00dfnahmen als auch zur langfristigen \u00dcberwachung von Hitzebelastungen genutzt werden.<\/li><li><strong>D2R-Daten leisten einen konkreten Beitrag zur Umsetzung von Ma\u00dfnahmen der Hitzeaktionsplanung.<\/strong> Beispiele sind Informations-kampagnen, rechtzeitige Ma\u00dfnahmen vor und w\u00e4hrend akuter Hitzewellen sowie langfristige Anpassungs-strategien aus dem Masterplan integrierte Klimaanpassung (MiKaDo).<\/li><li><strong>Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden Potenziale f\u00fcr die strategische Verstetigung der Projektergebnisse identifiziert.<\/strong> Geplant ist, D2R-Daten in politische Dokumente und Planungsinstrumente einflie\u00dfen zu lassen \u2013 etwa in den Hitzeaktionsplan, Stadtentwicklungsberichte oder in Konzepte zur Ausweisung von Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen und Frischluftkorridoren.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2580\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Der Workshop diente nicht nur als Zwischenbilanz, sondern brachte wichtige Impulse f\u00fcr die Weiterent-wicklung der Projektergebnisse. November 2023 startete das Forschungsprojekt Data2Resilience mit einem eint\u00e4gigen Workshop im Institut f\u00fcr Landes- und Stadtentwicklungsforschung in Dortmund. Vertreter:innen verschiedener Fach\u00e4mter der Stadt Dortmund, regionale Planungs- und Beratungseinrichtungen sowie Expert:innen aus Wetterdienst, Forschung und Unternehmen kamen zusammen, um gemeinsam Ideen und Bedarfe f\u00fcr den Umgang mit zunehmender Hitze in Dortmund zu erarbeiten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Inhalte und Ergebnisse<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"890\">Im Rahmen von Fachvortr\u00e4gen erhielten die Teilnehmenden Einblicke in bestehende Klimaanpassungsma\u00dfnahmen, Erfahrungen aus anderen St\u00e4dten sowie in aktuelle Entwicklungen des Dortmunder Smart-City-Programms.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"1258\">Anschlie\u00dfend wurden in Diskussionsrunden konkrete Anforderungen an zus\u00e4tzliche Klimamessstationen gesammelt und m\u00f6gliche Standorte er\u00f6rtert. Au\u00dferdem entstanden erste Ideen f\u00fcr ein benutzer-freundliches Dashboard, das k\u00fcnftig Daten zur Hitzebelastung verst\u00e4ndlich aufbereitet und sowohl der Stadtverwaltung als auch der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen soll.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1663\"><strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1287\">Ergebnisse und Ausblick<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1663\">Der Workshop brachte wichtige Impulse f\u00fcr die weitere Projektarbeit.
